ICQ Plus allows you to install an image as a background screen that will stay in place while other apps run! 

• Download ICQ Plus    (For ICQ 2003/2002/2000/99)



Install new skins in ICQ Plus

Method 1: Quick Setup for ICQ Skin

Step 1. Download *.ipz file at any file folder

Step 2. Open the file folder in Window Explorer



Step 3. Double-click the download file and the ICQ plus program will be automatically set up in your ICQ program

Method 2: Traditional Setup for ICQ Skin

Download the skin ipzfile to your ICQ Plus Skins directory
(mostly is that C:\Program Files\ICQPlus\Skins). 

Click on the "+" toggle button in the top right-hand corner
of your ICQ program and select a skin. 





Remove an official ICQ skin 

Select 'None' preset in ICQ Preferences > Contact List > Design > Contact List Customization
