Communication Theory of ICQ 

When online, you will be given a unique IP Address by ISP for distinguishing computer network. Whenever you are online, your IP Address change too because ISP will generate a value of IP Address (such as 163.32.207.155). The first digit combination (163) will be just the same while the remaining will be altered every time. Therefore other can chase your ISP from the IP Address. 

When sending ICQ messages, ICQ Server also generates a random “Port Number” from user’s ID Address. So both IP Address and Port Number is a must for sending ICQ messages.



ICQ messages cannot be directly sent and stored while another side is in offline mode. The recipient will get the messages once online. This is the method how bomb sender set ICQ message bomb (uncountable messages) to bomb out others’ ICQ account. 





Bomb sender just need to know others’ IP and Port value for setting up the bomb at one time, and shield his / her IP Address by using ICQ anti-bomb software for avoiding anit-attack at the same time.
