Grouping

Grouping is another value-added function at ICQ. You can divide your friends into different categories, such as “General”, “Family” and “Co-workers” as default. Simply slide to your friend’s function bar and click “Move to Group”. Then put them into categories for your easy reference. You can freely add any “New Group” whatever you like.







Another way for grouping is that you can directly drag the name under different groups. For those names whom haven’t be grouped, they will fall into the group “General”. 





You are required to distinguish the newly added users into the grouping. A system message box will be popup for you to “Arrange User on List in Groups”. So you will have a well-organized, and clearly shown contact list!

Tip: 1. Remember you can also upload your photo at your info.
2. For ICQ 98 version or before, all your info is public for all.
