How to Check Email via ICQ

ICQ 2003 (5.0/2002a/2000/98/99) can automatically update your email account for you. 

How to Set your Email Account at your ICQ
Step 1: Press "Preference" at the Function Bar 




Step 2: Choose "Email Preferences" and press "Add Email Account" button

Step 3: Insert "Email Server" (e.g. you can input "smtp.company.com"), and input login and password for your email account

Step 4: Choose "Check Emails On Servers (Setting)" tag page, select "Check for new Email messages every 10 minute(s)" and "Launch Email Check at startup" 

Step 5: Choose "Send Email" Options, select "Outlook Express" at "Use specified Email client" option

ICQ will automatically check emails for you! Once you got new mails, an "envelope" flashing icon will be found at the startup bar. You can double-click to see the senders and emails' subjects. You must choose "Read Email" to read your emails by Outlook Express.
