Voice Message

"Voice Message" is an added value function only for ICQ 99 or later version (2003/5.0). You can record your dialogue via "Mic" (microphone) and send it to your friends. The recipients will receive it within second. 
This feature is just for 99/2000/2002a/2003/5.0 version; otherwise error message will be display for former version. But both 98 and 99 versions can be incorporated to other net chatting tools for NetConference.







To send your voice message,
Step 1: Prepare your voice message
Step 2: Choose "Voice Messages" at your friend's user menu
Tips for recording voice message: 
- Please the "Mic" should be placed at "Mic In" plug. Then a dialogue box will be appeared and it is now ready to record. Press "Stop" and end the recording. Press "Play Loop" to hear the recording.
Step 3: Press "Send" to send it out

ICQ phone

ICQ phone is Free calls between your ICQ and your friends' ICQ, anywhere in the world. PC to PC calls are free. A microphone/headphones and a sound card are required to make a call.

1. Click on a user name in your Contact List. Select "ICQphone/Send PC-to-PC Call".

2. In the Send Online PC-to-PC Call Request dialog enter a reason for your call (optional). Click the Send button.

3. Once the recipient has accepted your call request, the ICQphone program will launch and you can begin speaking. If the recipient does not have ICQphone installed, you will be notified. If this is the case you can recommend the user to download ICQ 2003/ 5.0.
